Oh worse than that, he said that with the abundance of Iraqi oil, that the war would pay for itself!!! History will prove the last 6 years as being the most fateful and negative in US history.

No one know what went wrong out there in planet of apes.
Everyone were just like you and me at loss and blurr with what is going on out there in planet of apes.
The first funding was OK.
But "The Longest Day" came in that need the extra fund.
If he can cut cost why must he ask for it?

please do not quote people if you can't back it up. the dems voted for this war for the same reason our president thought it was the right thing to do. they were reading the same intellegence reports.now if you would really like to know "what happend" clinton could'nt get monica out from under his desk long enough to realize the threat that was building against our country the uss cole should have been a wake up call amoung many others so before you try to lay this soley on the shoulders of president bush i would think about it long and hard.

When a war is going on, one can never know what outside forces will bring to bear. I am certain he thought this war was more easily winnable than the isurgents have made it. hence, the need for more funding to allow us to WIN this war. Got that, birdbrain?
