No the sectors do not shuffle. It is not particularly healthy to constantly startup and shutdown your computer. When you start your computer heat causes some of the parts to expand (only a little bit, not enough for the human eye to see, and when you allow it to cool down it will contract. I leave my computer up and running all the time with no troubles.

Restart your computer a whole lot will not do anything now or probably soon but in the long run the life of your computer and the components attached to the motherboard will decrease..

The main question is hard to understand. But no, it's not unhealthy as long as you shut down and restart cleanly each time. Don't just hit the power switch.

wear and tear happems on all machinery, but the best way to preserve your pc is to shut down properly and make sure programs are closed. Clean the drive weekly and defrag monthly. Eliminate all unused programs and programs that you have on back-up. Stay updated with MSN packets and finally scan for virus often depending on your use of the internet.
