I would have thought that was a sign that chances were not so great I'd be getting a golden ticket, but they continue and continue, even when Randy has his head on the desk, shoulders shaking, and the others are smiling away.

Dont get me wrong, I love the crazy auditions as much as the good ones move me, but if I'm the person auditioning I'd be mortified and stop!

Plus, are some of those really really bad ones rigged by the show itself?? I mean some of them are clearly so bad that it seems unreal that there can be such delusional ppl out there. What do you think??

Good laughs though, I never miss an episode.

I agree with you. I also don't get what the heck is wrong with the judges. People need to hear the truth. The problem is everybody takes it personal when they feelings get hurt. Welcome to the real world. I think Simon is great. At least he tells it like it is. It is refreshing for someone to be honest and not fake in this day in age.

Editors do a lot of rearranging things in post production, so you don't really know what the judges are doing while the person is singing. As for the crazy ones, yes, they are set up by the show in a way. Randy, Simon and Paula do not actually see ALL the people that try out for the show. There is a pre-judging that takes place also and those pre-judges let some of the real crazy people through just for entertainment purposes.

I think some people honestly have no clue how bad they sound and think if they keep going it will impress the judges. Of course, many of them just want to be famous. They think they'll be the next William Hung and get a record deal no matter how bad they are.

Maybe they think they are laughing with them, not at them!!! I wouldn't go on there to begin with, never mind feel mortified....These people set themselves up with the help of whoever told them they can sing in the first place!!!

They want their two minutes of fame, and want to be remembered as the person who wouldnt stop singing and made the judges laugh.

They're so egotistical, delusional and self-absorbed that they don't notice, I'm always amazed by the one's who shout at the judges and tell them they'll be sorry that they didn't choose them!!! Still,it wouldn't be the same without them, have a nice day.

Your right i am thinking the same thing. I mean they keep singing when the judges are laughing hysterically. Maybe someone else can answer that question.
