The best reward is to be told your doing a great job and then put in a check. All the rewards are great but a few extra dollars are the most rewarding.
My employer does nothing at all.

well i'd reward with extra bux and verbal or even written acknowledgement of good work- preferably not coinciding with the normal paydate..

my company does quarterly performance reviews and we get bonuses according to your performance rating... i am so happy with that - i wouldnt have it any other way... extra bux has always been a great motivator - and the odd pat on the back does wonders too..

if i were an employer they would already be paid well for their work, their best work, so no added incentive should be necessary except for promotion when available
