I mean - who has the TIME to protest? Don't these people have jobs? Do you REALLY care about an issue that much that you are going to paint signs and get arrested and so forth? I can't believe people in the middle east take to the streets with guns and burn stuff - what a bunch of lunatics.

You're forgetting who finances the Demonrats and the liberal movement. The Federal Reserve is a privately owned corporation and it's owners support liberalism much more than the media (which they control by owning the majority stock) will ever tell (sell) you. They pay people to protest so that it gets on the news. Plus there are still some fools in America who actually believe the Demonrats are the Party of the People.

Do you really believe that the protests in foreign countries aren't staged the same way as they are in the United States? If international bankers aren't responsible for financing the liberal/Satanic movement then how do Demonrats raise all the money they do to compete with the "rich Republicans?"

Well, if you're an owner of the Federal Reserve it may grow on trees.

It is better to be a protester than to wring your hands and say, "there is nothing I can do". Where are the people gathering to show support FOR the war? They don't. Instead they join the protest and cause "incidents" that put the protesters in a bad light, in hopes that FOX, Rush, and the others will spew it out over the media.

they may be wasting their time, is how people may see it.

but for many protestors, they protest for what they believe is right. for me, that is a courageous act. standing up for what is right.

for example, not too recent in the US, the protest against Human Cloning. IT IS UNETHICAL AND WRONG TO CLONE HUMANS. they are stopping what is wrong, isn't that righteous?

think about it ;)

Hope this helps, Peace.

ps. protests happen globally, not just in the middle east. don't just watch the news, they are very biased. search for other sources such as the internet you are using now.

It's the one human right that should be exercised whenever possible. Protesting for a better life may seem trivial to you, but to the protestor it's obviously worth missing work for.
Live and let live.

Without the constitutional right to protest (assembly) you would not be on a computer right now asking this question.

Honey, without protesters, you and I as women wouldn't be able to vote right now. Think about it.Although I do agree that some people are entirely too radical about it and take it to a dangerous extreme.
