On January 31, 2006, David Gilmour issued a joint statement on behalf of the group stating that they have no plans to reunite, putting to rest rumours from several media outlets. Gilmour later stated in an interview with La Repubblica that he is finished with Pink Floyd and wishes to focus on solo projects and his family. He mentions that he agreed to play Live 8 with Waters to support the cause, to make peace with Waters, and knowing he would regret not taking part.
So sorry, but it seems they've made the final cut.

I don't think they are playing - they don't really get on, and were only persuaded to do so for Live8 because of its charitable status. However Roger Waters (Pink Floyd bass player and founder member) is touring in May, performing concerts which will feature him playing solo stuff, Floyd tracks and "Dark Side Of The Moon" from start to finish. It's been on sale for a while, but there are probably tickets available (Manchester, Birmingham and London, I think.)

Roger Waters is doing his Dark Side if the moon tour this year. I'm going in May, but the tour streches to about august i think

No they are not, they have split up. they did live aid as a one off.
if they were performing again the tickets would sell out straight away.

i thought there last tour was back in like 93-94 the pulse tour
i went to that it was great.
