Energy is the composition of everything. Energy is never destroyed, it's dispursed. There have been ways, but those secrets are locked away. Just like the combustion engines that have been created for cars that get 200+ miles per gallon, oil companies buyout the patents on those and lock them up in vaults. Otherwise, it would run them out of business.
