lower back pain radiating to your stomach is a sign of labor pain. do not be confused with true and false labor pain. If the pain can be rid by ambulating , well thats not a sign of labor, however, if tghe pain have a consistenmt interval, does not flactuate, it could be true sign of labor. on any other way, pain at the back can be felt because of the disalignment of body. as you can see and experience.
and maybe you are concern of labor sign, other than pain, spots is also a sign, pinkish watery matter that secreted by your vagina is observed for true labor paiin is because of tearing part of your vagina. its because of dilation activity to make way for your baby. does your stomach also contracts?..how often and is it consistent?.. try to oberseve it. and if all are positive, then ask for your doctors help.

they could be "contraction" pain- but most likely it's just because your baby is getting larger- and your relaxin is working on your joints/ligaments and everything down there is extra sensitive- plus with all the added pressure of the growing baby inside and possibly it could be from the baby dropping- or going lower into your pelvis. Just relax and try and take it easy- the pain usually just gets worse the farther along you are! You could always go get adjusted from the chiropractor- that has helped me a ton!

It could be from the weight of the baby making you lean forward slightly all the time, and since your back isn't used to being hunched over it can cause pain and isn't good for your back. So try keeping your back in an upright or straight position, and talk to your doctor about it at your next check up.

If they are not comming regularly (such as every one exactly 20 minutes apart) and not getting closer, then they are Braxton Hicks contractions...practice contractions. If they are regular, and every day get closer together, you could be in the first stages of labor.
With my second child, I had this early labor for five days before he was born. With my third, I had strong Braxton Hicks for five weeks before she was born.

The baby is probably sitting on your sciatic nerve. A massage should help. Hang in there!
