Here in the UK we have a a sliding scale of honours given to senior civil servants which entitles them to put initials after their names, viz:-
CMG - Call me God
KCMG - Kindly Call me God
GCMG - God calls me God
(Actually, Companion of St. Michael and St. George, Knight Companion of St etc, and Knight, Grand Cross of St etc.)
So, no God does not belong to the White House, if there is such a being, he/she/it must belong to everyone.
