The water will go to the bottom of the system.Oil floats on water.I would drain the system from the lowest point possible.Then flush it two or three more times.

Yeah it'll do massive damage. If you're lucky, the wiper fluid is floating on top of the steering fluid, you can try to pump it out. But even a drop of wiper fluid isn't good, so you are going to need a mechanic to give you advice.

You need to get it flushed out. Power steering fluid is also a lubricant. The water in the wiper fluid will cause the seal's to stick causing your steering to ware out quickly. Very expensive to get fixed.

You can drain the tank I suggest you do it before starting your car you can syphon it out or remove the hose to the power steering unit and drain the tank then refill with new fluid.

Yes it will cause damage. Get it to the nearest service station to ave your power steering system flushed, don't wait. Good luck

Too early? I honestly don't know how anyone who can open the hood of a car could accidentally do this. Are you sure you weren't sleepwalking?

u should drain the winsheild flued out of the pwer steering or u will mess up ur pwer steering

yes...drain it all out by disconnecting the lines
