I'm going to assume you're including all the Republics since 1814 with the creation of the German Confederation. They declared war on more than one nation. From wiki....
1) Russia, "On August 2, Germany occupied Luxembourg, as a preliminary step to the invasion of Belgium and implementation of the Schlieffen Plan (which was rapidly going awry, as the Germans had not intended to be at war with a mobilised Russia this quickly)."
2) France, "On August 3, Germany declared war on France and invaded Belgium on August 4"
There are more such as Canada, United States, Australia, etc...
Just google "Germany declaration war". You'll find a bunch.

Some of the above answers are not correct.
Actually, Germany did not declare war on Poland, France or England in 2nd world war.
Germany started the war by attacking Poland and tried to mask it as Polish aggression by faking a polish attack on a german broadcast station, no formal declaration of war was given prior to that
.France and England, both being allied with Poland, then declared war on germany.
The only formal declaration of war fromGermany in WWII i know about was given to the US after Pearl Harbour.
WWI started with Austria declaring war on Serbia.Germany, being allied with Austria, then declared war on Russia, which had started to mobilize its army, and attacked France without declaration of war.England, being allied with France, then declared war on germany.

Hitler made the huge mistake of declaring war on the United States almost immediately after the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor.
When Churchill learned of the Pearl Harbor attack, he later said that he went home that night "and slept the sleep of the saved," because he knew that with the United States in the war Britain would not lose.
Hitler's misjudgment vindicated Churchill's judgment.
