it is normal but it's better to wait until you're a little older,a baby is a really big responsibility, money, waking up in the night, not being able to just do the things you like whenever you want, also you need this time to build a good relationship with your fiance, once the baby comes it's a long time till the two of you are alone again,i was married at 17 with a baby and altho i don't regret it and things turned out well i just wasn't as ready as i thought i was,it was hard at times,be patient and wait till you are both ready,in the meantime, enjoy eachother!
goodluck!

It is normal but you should hold off on the baby. Me and my husband started dating when I was 15 so by 16 we were living together just like you. I wanted a family and he wanted to wait, so we enjoyed each other and lived our lives. We are still together it has been almost 14 years and we had our son 2 1/2 years ago. I was 25 when I got pregnant. I don't regret waiting. I gives you a chance to grow and really know each other before you bring a baby in the mix. We are now trying for #2. Babies change your life so much. You need to make sure you can really handle it.
Why don't you get a puppy. That is something to love and will love you back and they take alot of time and work. Raise your puppy and teach it good things. Babies take alot more work than a puppy so if you can't handle the dog then you will know for sure that you need to wait on the baby. You can give the dog away if you change your mind, but your baby will be there forever.
It is your body and your life so you can do what you want but I know first hand from my own life it is best to wait. I have many friends and sisters who didn't wait and had a lot harder time than I did when it comes to patience and money.
Good luck on what ever you decide to do. Just remember that a baby comes with a lifelong commitment from BOTH of you.

Yeah.
Seriously, before all these medical advances let us live to our eighties and nineties, 17 was normal.
I would just recommend that you hold off for a little while to have him to yourself for a while, and to do some cool things that you will be able to look back on with pleasure.
Once you have a kid, it will always, _always_ be about him or her. You will lose some, and you will gain a lot.
I would just say that you should try to have a life before creating some adorable little hellfiends that will rob you of having a life.
But, again, nothing wrong with it. Great instinct. I'd say wait until 19, and try to travel or something. If you really want to be a mother, you should be a mother.

It is normal, but you are quite young and have your whole lives ahead of you. Why not see the world, travel, live your life and have fun before settling down with a baby, think of all the adventures you could have and then tell to your children, inspire them to make something of their lives. I am happy for you that you are in a stable relationship, all the more reason to enjoy that special private time you have with your b/f before the peace is shattered with children!!

It may be normal to feel like this but you aren't married, are you? Stable relationship means you aren't on the verge of breaking up. Get married, give it a couple years to enjoy each other as a couple. Then consider pregnancy in your early 20s. You sound like you're considering making a mistake. Don't.

Sure is normal, but considering how much money it costs to have a baby and raise it, your head should win this battle for a few years.... at least until you both have a ton of money saved up and stable incomes.
