I just advertised on ebay and now it is asking for money it is just 28 rupees. So What if I dont pay the amount?

They will also suspend your account where you will be unable to buy or sell on eBay. It's easier to just pay it. Anyway, consider yourself lucky. My eBay fees average $500 usd monthly.

They will suspend your account if you do not pay them within 30 days of the date of your invoice. You will not be able to buy or sell if they suspend you.

They just harass you. They've been calling me every day for the past month because I owe them $340

they will suspend your account and fees build up and you will be banned from re-joining (with your bank info and name etc) until it's paid.
