Purpose / Intent:
What is being said?
Who says it?
Why is he/she saying it?
What's in it for the person who wrote it if he has persuaded
you?
What kind of effect was the article and/or action demanding
from you, if any?
How do you benefit if at all?
Context:
When it was written?
Where was it written?
What other things has he/she written?
What have others written about it?
Tone and Style:
How was it written? Rhetorically? Objectively? Humourously?
Investigatively? Descriptively? Argumentatively?
What literary tools did the writer use?
Evidence & Examples:
Does the author offer any evidence of what is being
discussed?
Is the evidence objective?
Is it qualitative or quantitative or does the author support his
arguments with both?
Personal Understanding /Opinion:
Was the author objective or biased?
What is your opinion regarding what is discussed?
Do you think the author did a good job?

oh god! how to read?? ok take any book...open it ...and start reading!!hehe....
concentrate on wht u r reading....and if u wanna hav sum concentration, thn count 50 to 0 backwards.

i believe education is the key. both schools and parents should work hand in hand, to achieve this goal.
