Employers want to know more about you, and they want to know that you are genuinely interested in their company. Do your research about who you are trying to get a job with. In every good job interview, the candiate and the interviewer will each talk about 50% of the time.

Probably best to be honest. If you aren't suited for a particular job, you probably won't be happy working there. But, make sure that you know what your skills ARE, so that you can focus on what you CAN do instead of what you can't.
