The PENTAGON is asking Congress for an additional 250 BILLION to carry them into 2009 to finance the war!!!!! So 12 BILLION is chump change right!!!!

They probably should have done more to keep track of that, but its tricky getting money to place which has no working bank(war zone) and is in chaos. Yea I was shocked to hear crates of hard cash in 100 dollar bills flying there. Would have sucked if that C-30 transport caring that much cash crashed in ocean. I'd go diving.
