Tough question. Try the linda Fiorentino bit from "The Last Seduction" when she is talking the idiot bloke into making the phone calls. Also Kathleen Turner goading William Hurt in "Bodyheat" - the "You're stupid - I like that in a man" bit is especially good. I would avoid the classical stuff recommended here, they are not femme fatales in the correct sense. Wildcard would be "Gentlemen prefer Blondes" by Anita Loos, although this is the femme fatale as deliberately helpless. If yo insist on classical, use Lady Macbeth as she cajoles and goads macbeth into murdering Duncan.
Break a leg, Steve.
PS I do like "Bound", but it is a two-hander and lacks a specific femme fatale speech for me.

If you want a movie script, have a look at Bound which has a great femme fatale in it or the recent Black Dahlia movie script should have some great speeches for your fatale side.

If you want theatre, you can't get much better than Lady Macbeth

Try Blanche from Streetcar - wonderfully over the top in a fragile way.
