when printing from the net i get the picture print in squares or picsols can anyone help

Check the default setting of your printer (in the printers folder). You may have it on draft mode or something similar which results in low quality images.

A photo contains millions of pixels, thats how you get a photo quality print. But a web image is smaller to help it download fast.
Theres no way to make a web image photo quality. You can increase the pixel size slightly, but it will actually damage the image slightly as well. It may go a bit fuzzy.
If you don't have Photoshop, you can use The Gimp which is similar and free. You open the picutre and increase the dpi (dots per inch) to 600, then save it as a bitmap. Don't increase thhe width or height, just the dpi.
Then print it from your print software because the Gimp doesn't support printing.

those small squares are like the pixels, the more squares, the lower the picture quality is.. you have to select bigger picture sizes, like 800X600 onwards.. or never print or even save a picture from a thumbnail view, open the main picture page then save it as.. (as you like it to be renamed...) if still not working, try to open the picture via photoshop, then edit it from them (enlarge) then save it in a larger pix.
