Depends where on earth you are. The oceanic crust is only about 6 miles deep, but the continental crust can be around 30 miles deep.

The depth is a maximum of 25 Miles deep or 40 kilometers, or 40,000 meters.

The minimum depth is only 5 miles deep or 8 kilometers, or 8,000 meters

The above ( crust ) is only the topmost layer of the earth.
