The quickest route is around 2300 miles and will take about 45 hours non-stop. Take into account rest stops, overnight stops, and border crossings.

Route is UK-France-Belgium-Netherlands-Germany-Austria-Slovenia-Croatia-Bulgaria-Turkey.

You could only do it comfortably in about a week maximum. Say you drive about 6-8 hours a day. Here's a possible 5 day itinerary... (but it could stretch out to 6-7 days, depending on traffic, road conditions, border hassles, etc.

Day 1: leave the UK, take ferry and drive as far as southern Germany
Day 2: cross Austria, leave EU, drive about as far as Zagreb or Belgrade.
Day 3: Cross into Turkey, drive to Istanbul.
Day 4 Cross Bosphorus and drive across half of Anatolia
Day 5 Drive the rest of the way to the south coast of Turkey!

I do have some experience of this, having done days 1, 4 and 5 by car, and 1, 2 and 3 by train, so it should just about work out.

I presume you mean Antalya.

The distance between London and Antalya is 1813 miles as the crow flies.
According to MSN Mappoint it will take approx 40 hours.

(yahoo maps doesnt support anything other that US/Canada)
