"Thank You", "Thanks" - Anywhere that they speak english.
"Danke", "Danke Schoen", "Vielen Dank" - Anywhere that they speak german.
"Arigato" - Anywhere that they speak Japanese.
"Gracias", "Muchos Gracias" - Anywhere that they speak spanish.
"Merci", "Merci boku" - Anywhere that they speak french.
"Gratzie", "Gratzie Infinite" - Anywhere that they speak italian.
And then there´s of course the international way of saying thank you, which is simply smiling warmly at someone. :)
Those are all the ones i know. Im sorry i couldnt be more specific with the countries, but you know, its just that nearly everyone speaks every language somewhere in every country now, so, i hope my answer was at least a little helpful in some way. =)
