After my beloved mother passed away, I am feeling exhausted every day and I feel like there is no special meaning in my life.
Can anyone tell me on how to make myself optimistic?

I'm sorry for your loss. I just lost a family member myself this past tuesday.
The only way to feel normal again is to eat right, take vitamins, sleep right, and excercize. The excercize is what releases your endorphins into your bloodstream. (endorphins are the body's feel good chemicals) I know it's hard to do, but you must force yourself. It is especially critical during the grieveing process.
Also if you can manage it, it would be best to surround yourself with people who care about you. Family or friends and if those people are limited, then please join a support group. That's probably the hardest thing of all, but they exist for a reason. If you can't do that in person, then find a support group online. It's the next best thing. Good Luck and I hope you feel better soon.
