Yes Air Water and Food is the basic need for human life.. we cannot live without as we need fresh air to breathe in.. water to quench our thirst and food for living

the most basic cellular organisms require these to survive, to continually function the chemical process in itself, and also to reproduce.
since we are also made up of cells ourselves, that too apply to us.
