DVD Shrink or try the link to the site below, they offer alot of downlaods some ius shareware others are on a trial period,
I would recommend DVD Shrink or possibly FAB Decrypter.
I believe it is ok to make a backup copy of a movie, if you do actually own the original and you do not try to sell the copies or original.

I have tried this many cases (to receive a DVD burner) that is proper and is probability-free, yet each and each and every of the cases I have searched the internet I have failed. There are some trial variations which in common words receive a million/2 the movie yet then there have been others which had a watermark everywhere in the exhibit! and that i in common words wanted to replica a house action picture! sturdy luck in looking one and in case you do, please positioned up it!

I don't think there is any freeware to allow you to copy DVD's but if you go to http://www.slysoft.com/en/
you will be able to download and purchase Any DVD this is a piece of software that allows you to strip the protection from DVD's and CD's.
Please remember though that it is not legal to copy DVD's, CD's etc

I've never found one, however I recomend DVD Cloner 3, it's only $30 plus tax and it has everything you want decription codes and file compressors (you can fit dvd9's on dvd5"s) however you must turn down your burner speeds to produce better quality dvd's
