Yes, if that is actually true. Too bad the Democrats can't open their mouths and give public support to the troops and war effort.

No opinion based on your wording. I wouldn't quite word it that way. I would have asked, The Dems do not want to give any more money to the Iraqi war effort but they greatly fear a huge backlash by the American public. What should they do?
