About a month ago, i go through little phases of having them.

The only problem is it uses up all the milk and I cant have my cereal in the morning

I drink it whenever I can't sleep... that would be last night then.

For those who don't know what it is, it is a malted drink that can be made with hot water or milk (milk tastes much better) that can help you sleep.
