I do not remember if there are any ads in those, if there are usually (or if you need somefunds to help pay for this venture) selling some ads thru it could help differ some costs...... local shops, similiar interest/groups....
find a printing company that prints for books, comics.. here are a couple websites I found that either have the supplies for you to set up printing or do printing:
http://www.endeavorprinting.com/?gclid=CLD57t_xrooCFQsEVAodyWbJuw
this second one says they are, I did not explore the site... but the homepage had things like comic pricing, spiderman prints.... so I am not sure of this one:
http://www.rusty-rabbit.net/comic-book-printing-companies.html
this one has listings and looks like info on/for many companies that do printing for writers/creators:
http://www.bookmarket.com/ondemand.htm
I am unsure of Manga, but know original comic art is something like 11x12 (lg fed ex box size) for the details.... sturdy paper pencils, inks and letters done on it... copies are scanned and colors done onto copies....
after you have that put together and have decided on whether or not you are selling any pages in the issue for ads/other artists that want to break out... etc..... market!
again since I do not really follow all this (Manga) I am not sure the distributers... comics, diamond is one..... you would want to contact them (or whomever does the manga) and find out their requirements.....
promote this as a limited print run.... go directly to stroes in the area or even onto ebay (although only there if you can make it cost effective) or I know there are many sites for comic fans... where you can put up an ad run it for "x" amount of time for pre-orders (require a deposit or pymnt in full up front) print after that runs and after you have looked into the larger distributers......
I think that covers it all? I am sure someone will correct me if I have left anything out.....
good luck! :)
added:
my daughter is really into Manga.... I asked her if I had this correct... she said kind of, but in order to "get a good amount of recognition and for mass productions" you should go thru a company; she suggests tokyopop.... it is one of the bigger ones for manga productions of unknowns.... just a different option..... her opinion is that from what she has seen is independents end up being put to the back of racks and not be seen, noticed...... and she likes to see new talent, storylines make it..... so she can buy and read them!

Send your own manga to some publishers, as many as you can. Don't just wait, try to persuade them and prove that your work is a masterpiece! Or u can send it to some newspapers first to get the fame.
Good luck, Nina!

Like the first person said send it to publishers and show them why it is so great, if that does not work you can always go straight to a printer and pay them to print it up for you, it may cost you, but you get the full profit.
