I tried lots of sites but they teach only half the course but I would like to learn the whol course.and the worst part is that I dont even have any ballroom dancing teachers near my house.

Hmm, I've never seen a course as close to completion as half-way, as you say, on the internet. All I've seen is teasers. You need a partner and a teahcer, or both combined in one person :-)
Try http://www.ballroomdancers.com - they have short video demonstrations fot all dances, and they demonstrate both leader's and followers part.

The important part is frame and connection. The steps are much less important. The regulating bodies publish the standard patterns, but they'll do you no real good. Ballroom must be learned with instruction IRL. You'll just have to travel to get it. I sympathize, as I've lived as far as 175 km from my instructors.
