APPRECIATE IT!!!! That's right the person it should matter most to is Y-O-U. Work hard for yourself and for no one else. If at the end of the day you can look yourself in eye in the mirror and know that you have done your very best then that's the ultimate. You do not go home with person you've worked so hard for (your boss, supervisor, company, etc.), at the end of the day, there's one sure person that you've got to go home with and that's Y-O-U. ALWAYS work earnestly and honestly and never ever take yourself and what you do for granted. Now go out and have that expensive dinner that you've been wanting to have but been thinking is too expensive, or buy that pair of shoes you've always wanted or something of the like or just go to a nice quiet place that you haven't been to or anything along those lines... in other words... GO CELEBRATE YOURSELF AND YOUR HARD WORK!!!

keep up the good work!! Your are Blessed and appreciated by the Creator - HE knows how hard you've been working!

Unlike others, I would not tell you to "appreciate your own work" and leave it just like that.

Indeed, it is necessary to believe in what you do. But the world is very practical, they usually look at the end result rather than the process of it. So usually hard work is hardly given credit for. For instance, what makes you buy a particular brand of peanut butter? It's taste, it's crunch, whatever. Not how the peanut was transformed into peanut butter and how hard it was.

So what I'm saying is, you've got to prove your hard work. Get criticisms for those who do not appreciate your work, ask them what's work with it etc and don't be afraid to listen to them. Don't be afraid to learn. And someday somewhat would. But if you spend your time asking why no one appreciates your hardwork, you'd never suceed.

Before Thomas Edison created the lightbulb, he failed 999 times and each time he failed, no one saw his hard work either. It was only after he suceeded that people knew he had work so hard, moreover he learnt 999 ways that you wouldn't be able to fix a lightbulb.

So don't give up, keep on improving!

Read Nathanial Hawthorne's "Artist of the Beautiful."

the main character had achieved something fantastic and beautiful, something that no one in the world could appreciate or understand, nor cared to. But his heart was glad, for he knew that he had made it possible. So, he rejoiced privately.

We all have to look into the mirror and shave our own faces.

If you are satisfied with the face looking back at you and the man behind it, that's all that matters.

Hard work is its own reward.

you don't need to do something, just wait for the time that they can appreciate your work. just stay humble because you can't force anyone or manipulate or control anyone's minds.
