I still feel young too, but then I have a large repository of memories, so I KNOW Ive been around for a while. I do feel middle aged to some extent, plus the white hair at my temples sort of helps out too...

I was young at 35. At 60 I consider myself to be middle-aged. Old is a long way off.

The best way to avoid feeling 'middle age' is to do things now that you'll regret not doing later. The biggest setback to middle age is constantly saying to yourself "I wish I would have done that". I feel younger at 41 than I did at 21.
Old age, remember, is always at least ten years older than your current age, whatever it may be.

Yes they do, I'm 35 and I feel middle aged. Body starting to show it's age, mental status focusing on wisdom.

People typically don't feel middle-aged until they reach 40, as that has become the new "threshold" for middle-age.
