Well me and my husband have been ttc since Aug. and my last period was dec. 26. I am running over 2 weeks late. However I have never had a regular period. Mine are never this late. The longest I have been late was a week and a half. I took a test on monday and it didn't take correctly. Lately a lot of foods have been making me feel sick. I snap very easily in the morning hours and am tired all day. I have weird food cravings, and dont want the tihings i used to. My belly button is sore and the area surronding it are also. Also 2 months ago I had an ovarian cyst, could I still get pregnant so close to the cyst popping? What do you thing I should do? Also if I am what would be a good way of telling the husband on Valentines day? Any thoughts on how to tell the monther-in-law from hell? She absolutly hates me and the thought of us having a child?

well it sounds like you could be...what a perfect time for telling your husband but did you know if you start convincing yourself that your pregnant you can start to have phantom pregnancy symptoms, one lady actually looked about 7 months pregnant and had all of the common pregnancy symptoms and it was all a phantom pregnancy they only found out when they had a late ultrasound and her uterus was empty!!!! isn't that amazing!! and as for the mum in law from hell you might be surprised...i had one of them too everything was my fault not her sons and she hated my guts i even had arguments with her but once i was the mother of her granddaughter who she absolutely adores i am suddenly worthy of her time and sometimes my partner jokes about his mum loving me more than she loves him!!! mother in laws are weird.

there is a good chance you are pregnant, your hormone levels might still be too low to be detected by a home test. you can call your doc to get a more accurate blood test, or test again in a few days, bc your levels double every 48 hours.

hmm if you are pregnant, maybe for valentines day you could wrap up a baby gift for your husband like one of those little bibs that says "i love my daddy" or something. as for you mil, do the same thing but have it say grandma! lol! well anyway good luck and i hope you are pregnant! :)

yes you could be pregnant. you could have just had a faulty test. if you had a regulat cycle of 28 days your EDD would be about oct 2 (according to www.baby-gaga.com) You should call your OB/GYN and make an appointment for a blood pregnancy test. Its the most accurate and you will deffanitly get a showing result from it seeing as if your due date is oct 2 you would be in your 6th week.

if you want you can email me and tell me how it goes and i can help you think of a cute way to tell your husband and i can try helping you tell your mother in-law

Think you need to do another test before getting so carried away. ps. get your hubby to tell the mother in law - that's his job.
