make sure you revise all your subjects so well that you know them inside out and can relate one to another if you have to, this will reduce your stress, and you can view the exams as an oppurtunity to show what you can do instead of a scrutinising test

study, study, study, study
then take a break
make sure that you check with your teachers about any problems you have and that you get them to look over some of your sample/practice questions you have done to see if you are on the right track (trust me, this does a lot for you confidence)
Try and pre-empt questions and study everything the teacher has given you. talk about the subjects with friends
Relax, if these arn't your final exams of your school life then just think of them as practise and learn from them
Make sure you eat a good breakfast on the day and have heaps of sleep before hand, no cramming because it will not work
Good luck:-)

Manage your time well - that's the most important thing! Revise your subjects by trying past years' exam papers. Keep yourself healthy - eat well, and don't get sick! Do not panic, and keep a calm mind. ^_^

All the best!

Don't waste your time. Instead of sitting in front of the computer, make a schedule... From the hardest subject to the easiest so that you will be able to concentrate on the hardest ones.
GOOD LUCK!!!!!!
