You can use either wireless connection and also satellite connection.
If in your city or region there are wireless internet providers, you can subscribe for an account.
For accessing internet through satellite you can use dish and satellite card, and also you should setup a send line for your internet(such as phone line)but connecting to internet using satellite is illegal in Iran.
I suggest using ADSL!!
