I have some old 8mm film I would like transfered to disc. Anybody know where I may be able to get this done in the UK

Best bet is to contact any film lab or photo store. They have the best resources. The problem with film is it deteriorates over time unless stored in a cool area. I had some old home movies that were my parents and they practically turned to powder. Hope you sore them well and get this done soon.

Ebay have services that transfer film to digital files or Discs. Check the seller's feedback first though.

I had some done recently it's quite easy but can be expensive.

I went into a local camera shop that does developing and they'll give you details (don't go into one of the chains though like kodak)

Try Jessops, I'm almost 100% certain they do it.
