I would like to go on a detox diet, which I have never done before, as I have heard that would clear up my system and skin....can anyone suggest a diet chart and how to get started on that one.....

I use a detox program called Isagenix. It is a gentle cleansing system that helps with energy,skin and weight loss.
There are not only toxins in our food but in our environment as well. It is a great idea to detox, Drink lots and lots of water. Epsom salts baths and infrared saunas also help detoxify from the outside

Total Well Being by Hamlyn. 1st day-liquids only-fresh made veggie & fruit juices, herbal/spice teas & broth you make at home with fresh veggie like beets, potatoes, carrots, celery, cabbage, turnips, etc. 2nd day-same liquids from 1st plus fruit like mangos, pineapples, apples, watermelon & apples. 3rd-Add raw veggies. 4th-Cooked veggies. 5th-Beans, lentils, nuts & seeds. 6th-Add grains & live yogurt & 7th-Add fish. think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor
