We are not infallible!
It would depend on what test the physician used to determine your pregnancy. The test kits are usually quite accurate as long as they are fresh and not out of date. Did you buy the test kit from a chemist that has a large turn over?
Get another kit elsewhere, if it says you are pregnant believe it. Get a blood test to make sure 100% .

Doctors make mistakes too. One of the girls I know had been sent to the doctors for a pregnancy test, and they said no she wasn't pregnant, but then 2-3 weeks later they called her back and said they had made a mistake!
So I would get another opinion on the doctors.

Pregnancy self-test kits have a margin of error. The doctor's diagnosis is the most reliable, for it combines the test kit with other forms of deduction.

Sometimes those tests are wrong. I would go with your Docs results as it is more accurate, but if you need another opinion I would have another done from another clinic.
