Girl, are youtalking about money? then keep working, and go to those real credit counseling services. If your talking about quicksand, then don't move too much or too fast and just sort of swim out. If your getting your tonsils out, then don't count backwards when they tell you to, just start screaming "I forgot to tell you about my diet pills!" or "I can see the dark one licking his lips over me!" that usually does the trick.

keep swimming, the water may be deep, the current may be strong, your strength may be failing, but keep swimming. There may be a life vest closeby.
