£425 for the 60 g ps3

£500, complete waste of money. Get a 360. HD DVD, Gears of War, Shenmue, House of the Dead, Resident Evil..... GTA4 will be released on the 360 at the same time too, so Sony don't have that game as exclusive anymore. Unless you just want a rip off George Foreman Grill, then you would want a PS3.

The PS3 has already been released this past December. The cost is about $450.
Good Luck finding one they are very hard to come by.

Nothing on the price of the 20gig but I can only guess its just better to go with the 60gig version anyway.

In Japan, the 20GB config will cost 33,399 yen, whilst the 60GB package will have an open price. In North America (and Europe), the 20GB and 60GB configs will cost $499 (or €499) and $599 (or €599) respectively. In the UK there will not be a 20GB model (unless demand dictates), only a 60GB and this will cost £425.

PlayStation announced they are releasing the PS3 with 60GB hard disk in the UK provisionly at £425
(Obviously no games included!)
They should release the PS3 with the 20GB hard disk at a later date and cheaper.

It has been provisionally announced to be £425 for the system but play is asking for £550 with three games but i wouldn't preorder with them, they never fulfill orders because they just don't care about anyone. If your gonna pre-order go with gamestation, i got my Wii with them a day before release date.

too much! the prices are getting stupid now and the parents are having to cough up for there kids, it aint right! if the kid wants one get a paper round! about 450 i think.
