You probably have abnormal heart beats that can have an unpleasant slightly painful feeling. This is usually normal, and everyone gets abnormal beats from time to time. If you job is really stressful you should quit and do something else, then maybe the anxiety will go away. Some people are not meant to be in a workplace environment. It has taken me many years to realize I will never be able to cope unless I am self-employed. I just can't stand having a boss, and being constrained by a workplace environment.

May I know your job, please? Just in case you are required to carry heavy objects, well, you better look for another job. For how long do you feel such pain? If it's for the first time only, well, that means your body condition is just adjusting to your new situation in life.
