in which subject i should do so that i can find high posts in banking sector & from where. i can not do it as regular.then from where i should do for correspondence.is correspondence has value.i am confused.

An MBA won't guarantee you a high position anywhere. Its industry value is overrated. If you do the work, then an MBA offers you the opportunity to expand your mind like you have never done before. You could follow the General Management route or specialize in an MBA, meaning you can focus on Finance, or IT, or Entrepreneurship and so on. Different institutions offer different specialities. For correspondence, try the UK-based Open University. An MBA is mainly about educating yourself. It is harder to work alone, but it can be done if you are passionate about education. If you're not passionate about it, it is better to keep your money for something you really want. Good luck!
