Here in Boston Ma. I have a "friend" who went to the junk yard and found a set of plates (badge) from a crashed car and puts them on his BMW when he parks in the city. He said to use magnets for quick on and off. Of course I would not recommend this action, after all who would want to "cheat" the the city of Boston?

I wouldnt because after the warden has slapped a ticket on you, they ll call the rozzers who'll nick you - and charge you - for going equipped (for burglary, theft or cheat) and attempted deception.
I agree with you old son - but its not worth the effort

make a badge that looks like the fixed penalty that they stick on cars, they will think someone has got to it before them.

I use to have a friend who was disabled but too proud to apply for a disabled badge for his car..............However he did apply for it for my van, several months of free parking whilst doing deliveries until my morals caught up with me.
