Condition resulting when travel across time zones leaves a person feeling “out of sync” with local time at his or her destination. happens to me all the time when I travel back and forth from Egypt to USA. u sleep at day time and wake up at night because that is the time zone in the country u traveled from. it usually lasts for 2 weeks

Jet lag is the instability caused in the body rhythm and sleep pattern after a long air travel due to time difference between the two destinations covered by the air passenger.
Because of jet lag, the person will feel sleepy during day time due to jet lag and needs further rest for a few hours before resumption normal work and routines, so that his body rhythm gets adjusted to the local climatic conditions.

There is no such thing as "jet leg". You may be thinking of Jet lag which occurs in air travelers who crosses the international dateline and have to reset their clock to the same date they left their point of origin. Because of this, the body's internal timing apparatus becomes sort of confused and altered resulting to feelings of fatigue, weakness, and sometimes sleep disturbances.
