I've been to a bullfight in Mexico & in Spain. They were both very exciting, & it was interesting to observe & interact w the local folks.

The bullfight is a process w diifferent stages of engagement leading up to "the kill".

The matador is judged by the crowd based upon skill & "bravery"
The bull doesn't actually see the color red by the way, it just responds to the movements.

Many consider it an inhumane sport, & I wouldn't give much argument, except to point out the bull does occasionally "win" based upon its defeat of the matador as decided by the crowd, & its life is spared. (better chance than at a meat plant!!)

yea I was, I don't get the whole idea of getting into a ring with a bull that doesn't like the color red.
