During the months of December and January is good time to visit Goa.

I know from several friends that Goa is terrible in the summer....v.v. hot & humid. Plus if you're renting out a cottage instead of staying in a hotel / resort, better be prepared for power cuts. The rains are also quite strong.

So I'd say Nov-March would be the best time for a Goan vacation. They also have a tourist website....www.gogoa.com or something like that.
