The spouse bought the house prior to marrige. It was not paid off when you married, and you used money that was your seperate property money and money that had become comingled money paid for many payments. What leagal right does he have to throw you out ?

it was his house before you even came into the picture
the only thing you can do is go after him for the $ you put down on the house yet the court can tell you it was rent so you better get a good lawyer

Law is the law, whatever you've paid during your relationship. If the house is in HIS name, then he can do whatever or have whoever he wants in it. If he doesn't want you there anymore, you HAVE to leave. The only thing you can do is try and recoup some of the money you've paid towards staying there, but it's unlikely you'll see any of it.
