Individuals who tend to get to much sleep, often find it makes them more tired when in fact they feel it should be the other way round, or it could be an underlying problem check your doctor for a blood test, for your blood count as you could have anaemia or your thyroid could have a problem. Do you find you have excess hair?????????????????????????????????????? If I can help you any further please dont hesitate to contact me on zequarn_romane@yahoo.co.uk

If you snore then maybe you have sleep apnea, a condition in which supply of energy to the brain at night is low because of the narrowing of the passage in your throat to your brain. I think i may have that condition because i snore and so no matter how long i sleep during the night, i feel sleepy, tired and unfocused in the morning. I'm yet to tell my doctor about it. Hope i helped. Try changing your sleeping position or the type of bed you sleep on. That could also help.

Well, it's just fine. Your body still needs to adjust to your waking time. The same with me. I need to wake up early at 4AM. Although my eyes were open at that time, still my mind tried to demand more sleep.
Just ignore that dragging manner and simply get up slowly so as not to create dizziness.
Hope you will adjust to your sleeping time. Have a nice day :)

Maybe you should have your iron levels checked? You could also try taking a B-vitamin complex for energy.

i think that you should invest in one of those beds they have on tv. you seem to have the symptoms of sleeping on an old fashioned spring mattress.
