Every time I wake up with a new attitude, my perceptions change, therefore the world around me as well.

every morning,
just the idea of observing something
changes as the light hits the surface scrambling
all the electrons which create our reality ~
As i look out my window there has been
a change in motion ~
somehow that tree branch seems a tad
different than it did yesterday, older,
missing a leaf here & there,
even the atoms in me are changing.......
Ouch, i felt that change ~
hmmmmm......
difference cannot be stopped, it is the canopy
of natures patterns ~

every morning
we set the clock 20 mins before we have to start the rat race
so we snuggle and cuddle and the house is quiet then we hear the heard come running down the hallway the green flag drops and the peace and quiet is finished til tmrw morning

Right now I feel as if I'm caught in that movie, GroundHog's Day. I just pray that tomorrow there will be a different song playing on the radio.

Quite a bit. I think the more hours one sleeps past his normal sleep cycle the better it looks. This is truer if he is troubled by a problem before he went to bed. Overnight he has gives his conscious mind a break and allowed his subconscious mind to work on it.

I discover that every morning that I fall asleep miserable or perplexed the night before.
It's strange how that works.
Somehow sleep cures all ailments :P
