Human Nature

In my opinion the people that are most judgemental are the people who are the least happy with their own lives. They seem to have the need to judge other people to make themselves feel better or more important. If everyone were more tolerant of others and more respectful and accepting of the differences things would be a lot better. We wouldn't have so many anorexic young girls, gay bashing, hate crimes ect... Live and let live.

It is human nature. Survival of the fittest. Although now we dont judge on if they have good child bearing hips or if they will be good providers, we judge on is her hair nice or is he too skinny. Media induced judgement.

That's how we define ourselves. Sometimes we judge others as wanting or lacking, sometims it is we who are lacking. Only the
wisest people learn not to judge others....this way others don't judge them.

Human nature. You do it, I do it. It's survival of the species, and a way for us to quickly sum up what's good and what's bad to help protect ourselves. Obviously, we can be wrong in our assumptions and that's where we need to relearn how to approach people by letting our guard down a little and being more accepting.

We judge people for a variety of reasons: Jealousy, maybe there is something about that person that you find offensive, or mannerisms that irritate you. It would help if you are more specific.
