I think that you have to focus on the fact that if it was meant to be then you would be happy and not wanting to let go. You need to work out what is right for you, if it isnt him then you need to move on. Give yourself a set time to cry and get your friends to help you out. Then you need to get out and meet new people, get new hobbies. If you keep yourself busy then you wouldnt have as much time to miss him.

I don't think that there is something like that I think that if you really want something to work then you stick at it. Talk it out and work your differences out. You see love can move mountains and as long as there is a bit of trust in this relationship it could grow and become something. Can't should never be in a woman's dictionary. So let faith decide on what is meant to be and what is meant to be please don't burden yourself with faith's job.
On the other hand if this guy is married then I would say that this is something that you shouldn't even consider. Breaking up a happy home is not the answer.

Why let him go? If you are seriously in love than you don't have to give this man up. Talk to him about your feelings and see if this makes things clearer. You Can still be together, don't give up at ther first hurdle if you are serious about him.

However, if you are in the relationship out of habit or it really is impossible for you to be together, tell him as its fairer to him, writing a letter can be helpful and also can let you express your true feelings.

I have the same problem, I love my man, we were together for 3 years. But he is wrong for me so I had to beak up with him. And no we cant be friends coz duh I still love him and he can still hurt me (not intentionally). And because I still love him I dont really want any other guy (for now). So I try and go out and do more things with my friends, and by my self. I think thats the hardest, being by yourself. Have little reminders of why you shouldnt be together, and other little reminders telling yourself to move on.
