the americans, of course
i`m from romania, and it seems that everything that the americans do is taken as a model.. and of course they have the means to do it... so.. America is a powerful country

I don't think any one culture/race will take over the world. The US does have a lot of influence on a number of nations, but those nations still control their culture and race.

It is the White man. China will, I am sure of it, try to take over at one point or another, but we will not allow it. The White man has invented everything of any importance and we are the most powerful race in the world. Are numbers are declining, but there are a few of us that will preserve our race by refusing to interracial breed. There may be a day when are numbers are so few we are considered the minority. Oh wait, that day is here!

I suspect a question like this is driven by fear. This dates back to the days of early man and relates to protecting the tribe. As such I think it is our instinct to remove anything that is a potential risk to us, and unfortunately what we don't understand is automatically considered as a threat. Therefore the civilisation that will most likely try to obtain world domination will be the most insecure one.
